1. Operator and acceptance
PQC Radar is a business name used by Viktor Vítovec, a Czech sole trader identified in the operator details on this page. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The website and services are designed primarily for businesses and professionals. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship or obliges either party to enter into a contract.
2. Information and no professional guarantee
Website content is general information about post-quantum readiness, cryptographic inventory and migration planning. It is not legal advice, regulatory certification, a complete security audit or a guarantee that any system is quantum-safe or secure.
Technology, standards and threats change. Although reasonable care is taken, content may be incomplete or become outdated and must be independently validated for your environment.
3. Assessments and written scope
No paid service is purchased through this website. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing, confidentiality, data handling, acceptance and liability for an engagement are agreed separately in writing. If those engagement documents conflict with these terms, the engagement documents control.
A readiness assessment is initial discovery and prioritization. Findings may require manual validation and do not amount to compliance certification, penetration testing or a complete cryptographic audit unless a signed scope expressly says otherwise.
4. Authorization and acceptable use
External scanning or testing is performed only against assets identified by the customer and only after explicit written authorization and scope confirmation. You must not request scanning of systems you do not own or lack authority to assess.
- Do not use the website or any deliverable to exploit, disrupt, bypass, brute-force, access or damage systems or data.
- Do not submit credentials, private keys, production secrets, regulated data or unnecessary personal data through the website or ordinary email.
- Do not misrepresent identity, authority, ownership or assessment results.
- Do not attempt automated scraping, denial of service or interference with the website.
5. Intellectual property
The website, branding, original text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and quote short portions with attribution for legitimate internal or editorial purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, rebrand or create a competing copy without prior written permission.
Rights in customer materials and engagement deliverables are addressed in the applicable written engagement documents. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-party links and availability
Links to standards bodies, vendors and other third parties are provided for convenience. PQC Radar does not control or endorse their content, availability or privacy practices.
The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is and use is at your own risk. PQC Radar is not liable for decisions made solely from general website content, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity, or third-party content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or affects mandatory rights that apply to you.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules. The parties should first try to resolve disputes directly in good faith.
Services are intended for business customers. If you nevertheless qualify as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority is the competent out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to either contact email shown below.
